Grounded Gratitude

Just be grateful- a trite and completely unhelpful phrase lobbed at doctors all the time. In this session, we'll explore ways to practice grounded gratitude. Grounded gratitude is not about toxic positivity. It does aim to counterbalance the negativity bias that all humans, especially doctors, gravitate towards. Our medical training teaches us to look for problems and also to constantly strive to improve ourselves and the systems we're in. Practicing gratitude can uplift ourselves and our teams, and finding authentic ways to express gratitude is key to thriving.
