It all starts with a consult screening call, where you will work alongside an executive coach to establish your personal goals.
You will then begin meeting with your group virtually, once a month, for two hours. Each participant will bring a “hot seat” topic, which is an individualized goal, problem or opportunity they are currently facing and will receive feedback, insights and a curated action plan from their peers. These sessions are facilitated by a certified executive coach who will also follow up, post-session, with any relevant resources necessary.
Throughout this program, you will also gain individualized access to your coach, with two one-on-one coaching sessions tailored specifically to you. At the end of specific sessions and through the completion of coursework, you will have the opportunity to claim AMA PRA Category 1 CME credit.

Each session, you pose an individualized question, the rest of the group provides ideas, experience, suggestions, and resources so that you walk away with a clear action plan in mind. Additional leadership exercises and resources will be shared to meet the needs of the group and the individual participants.
