There is power in sharing your dreams and goals with a like-minded group of people who believe in you and want to see you grow. There is even more power and growth when those people know so much about you that they will hold you to your commitments and ensure you hit the mark you set for yourself.

Each session you will partake in a “hot seat",” posing an individualized question that the rest of the group provides ideas, experience, suggestions, and resources on so that you walk away with the clarity of what to do next and the confidence to make critical decisions and stick with them.
- Results
Accomplish more in a year than you would in a career going alone. Because of our personal beliefs, thoughts, and prior experience, we may only be able to develop a few ideas we think will work, but with your groups perspectives you can leave with 6-12 more ideas to consider.
How It Works
- A cohort comprised of up to 6 peers
- 120 minute, virtual live session 1x a month
- Access to a certified executive coach trained in masterminds
- Additional asynchronous material to complete at your own pace
Monthly sessions will be comprised of "hot seats" where participants pose an "ultimate question" and the rest of the group provides ideas, experience, suggestions and resources for that individual to consider.
The "hot seat" is your time in a safe space to work through big challenges and opportunities facing you as a leader. You have a place to get thoughtful insight, best practices, feedback, and coaching to leave with clarity and confidence to take action.
MEET YOUR COACHES
Dr. Linda Lawrence
Dr. Linda Lawrence is a certified executive coach, emergency physician and leadership development expert who is passionate about helping fellow physicians overcome barriers, conquer uncertainty and restore the passion and purpose of their career while staying true to personal values. Linda leverages 25+ years of experience as a Physician Executive in multiple senior healthcare leadership roles within military, academia, nonprofit boards and start-up companies. A nationally recognized leader in emergency medicine, she brings a depth of experience and skill in building successful emergency department groups in a variety of settings where both the patients and the team thrive. She is recognized for her coaching leadership style that helps individuals leverage their strengths, gain confidence, exert influence while remaining authentic to their own values.
Dr. Robert Blankenship
Dr. Robert Blankenship is a certified executive coach, emergency physician, and leader. He has served in various leadership and consulting roles within healthcare, the US Government, military, and business. Rob is passionate about helping healthcare leaders improve and build exceptional teams and healthy organizations so they can better care for patients, themselves, and the community they serve. When not coaching, Rob continues to care for patients at the bedside and speak at national and international events on leadership and point-of-care ultrasound. In addition, he enjoys life outside of work with his wife and four children.
